Shipping policy

All orders are processed and shipped from the UK. 

To qualify for next day delivery, orders has to be placed before 2pm and please select the appropriate shipping method during checkout

Orders are processed and shipped between 48-72 hours 

Please note that by default SIGNATURE WILL REQUIRED WHEN YOUR PACKAGE IS DELIVERED. If you prefer to waive signature at delivery, kindly add a note to your order or respond directly to the order confirmation email that you receive when your order is placed. In your email, please indicate that you "REQUEST TO WAIVE SIGNATURE AT DELIVERY. I understand that Zobswearables will not be responsible if package is lost or stolen.

It is very important that you state the correct and precise shipping information (Include house number, post code, phone number and email address ) as we will not be responsible for any loss of package due to incomplete shipping addresses provided by customers.
